Review for Distrust by T.L. Smith: ★★★★★

Distrust (Smirnov Bratva, #1)Distrust by T.L. Smith

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

::..Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers..::

I was given an ARC of this in exchange for an honest review. I gave this 5 stars.

T.L. Smith has quickly become one of my favourite authors, I have yet to read a book by this talented author and once again she has delivered a superb and highly addictive read.

Distrust is full of twists and turns that will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout. This book, much like it's character is an absolute diamond in the rough, not because it's need improving in anyway but because it's fast paced, edgy and gritty, a no holds-barred kind of read.

T.L. Smith is one talented lady, who just keeps hitting them out of the park and never fails to disappoint.

Kazier is a ruthless man of the mob and Elina is an enigma but together they are dynamite but do you know what?? I can not wait for the next installment. I have a feeling it's going to be her best novel yet!!

Bring it on!!!

Blurb

She was a ghost, in heels.

She was there, then she wasn’t.

She would play with my emotions like a well-played guitar.

Then she would disappear. Making me want to strangle her.

Maybe she wasn’t a ghost, maybe she was the giver of sin. Because we sinned every time we touched, every time she was near.

Her lips were shaped like a heart, deceiving you at every word.

Her body was created straight from my fantasies, one I craved to bend to my will.

Her heart, well, who the hell knew. She kept that shit locked tight.

And I couldn’t find the key.
