Review for Ready For Flynn, part two by K.L Shandwick: ★★★

Ready For Flynn, Part 2Ready For Flynn, Part 2 by K.L. Shandwick

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

::..Reviewed for Red's Midnight Readers..::

I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. My actual rating was 3.5 stars.

Ready For Flynn, part 2 is a continuation of Ready For Flynn, part 1 and basically picks up where book one left us.

It took a while for me to get into book one but by the time I had reached the end I couldn't wait to dive into the next one and I found book two to be very much the same. The beginning and the end failed to excite me but the middle had me on the edge of my seat. However the little twist that the author threw in was wrapped up too soon and there wasn't much else.

I enjoyed reading more from Valerie and Flynn but it was just missing something I can't quite put my finger on.

Blurb
Life for Flynn and Valerie hadn't always been easy. A series of tragedies finally brought them together, and twists of fate made them what they are. An undeniable love keeps them together, but is young love enough in a world full of temptation? With Flynn's career on the line can he accept what Valerie proposes? He knew he could trust her with his heart, but is that the same as believing in her? He knew she could be persuasive and he wanted to give her the world, but was she ready to take the world on with him? (A contemporary rock romance 18+)
